Had an estimate done in September 2023. The tech was professional and prompt. I received the quote and paid 50% down payment. Glass Doctor has never contacted me again. I have called repeatedly and heard every excuse. Now I am trying to get resolution from the corporate office. It is December and I have received nothing. I will either get my money back or my window replaced. I would not recommend the Louisville location for any service whatsoever. They are horrible, unresponsive, they lie and blame corporate for all their issues.
The customer service from office staff is HORRIBLE!!! We talked to a few different people (Rob, Robert, and Mark?). We never got calls back and on the day of our service we were told "Call us in the morning and we'll let you know what time." I called just after 10AM and was told "We got your glass here and they'll be right on out." My husband and myself called 5 times over the course of the day and we got an answer finally at quarter till 3 in the afternoon we heard from the technician....not the office. Our technicians were awesome!!! The one that came out to measure (Charles) was great! Office never sent us estimate after...we had to call and hound for it. The technician that installed the windows was very professional and quick and did a great job!!! The technicians are the only reason this rating is a 2. The end result was great but the process was horrible
Very fast and professional service, appointment was at 10:30,arrived early and was taken straight into the shop,window was replaced and service was complete in less than an hour, very pleased with the staff and I will use them again, especially with the price I received
Now I know why the other glass doctor company's closed, unprofessional, rude. They were to come out to my house today was told between 8-5. I told them I wanted them to call me the day before and that did not happened. So 10 o'clock the next day I called them she kept saying they would be there between 8 and 5 today. I ask her why they could not give me a better estimate on the day they were supposed to come out, then she said oh you're the next appointment. I told her I wanted them to call before they come and not 2 minutes before. She said again between 8 and 5, obviously she didn't understand. So I told her if he came and didn't call with at least 20 minutes notice I may or may not answer the door if that's the way they wanted to do business. So they didn't show up nor did they call very unprofessional. I'm hiring them they're not hiring me.

I am so happy with Glass Doctor. Very courteous and professional. Robert is great and my installer was amazing also. Great experience.
